Pygmy Hippo Squishy Viral Plop Pets Mochi Animal Fidget Toy — photo 1 — Image via Mercari

This Pygmy Hippo from the Plop Pets line combines a realistic animal design with the mochi-like texture that defines the Squishy Fidget brand's tactile appeal. The uncommon rarity means it's less frequently stocked than standard releases, making it slightly harder to find at retail and more likely to appear on resale markets at modest markups. Collectors interested in realistic animal squishies or building complete Plop Pets collections often need to search actively for this piece. The hippo's niche appeal and moderate scarcity make it a worthwhile hunt for dedicated collectors.
