What we collect
The only personal information SquishyTrade collects is an email address, and only when you choose to give it to us — by signing up for a price/availability alert or joining the trading waitlist. Browsing the site, looking up values, and reading guides require no account and no personal data.
Why we collect it
We use your email solely to send the specific notifications you asked for: an item alert, or news about the trading launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
Double opt-in and consent
When you submit your email, we send a confirmation message and only add you to our list after you click the link in it (double opt-in). Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Age
SquishyTrade is intended for adults — parents, guardians, and adult collectors finding and valuing squishy fidget toys. You must be 18 or older to submit an email. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Accessing, unsubscribing, and deleting your data
You can unsubscribe from any email using its unsubscribe link. To have your email and any associated records deleted entirely, contact us and we will remove them. Because email is the only personal data we hold — isolated in a single dedicated store — a deletion request is a clean, complete operation.
Affiliate links
Some pages may include affiliate links to resale marketplaces. SquishyTrade may earn a commission on purchases made through those links, at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed clearly next to the links themselves.
Cookies and analytics
We aim to use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics and avoid non-essential cookies and behavioral ad tracking.
Payments
SquishyTrade never processes payments or handles money — not now and not in the planned trading layer — so we never collect or store any payment or financial information.
